Description of meal
- Whole roasted chicken which is brined overnight and then stuffed with onion sage stuffing and slow cooked
- Spring potato crush with asparagus, peas and fresh herbs
- Honey butter carrots
- Jus gras
Meals are pre-made and cannot be adapted to suit personal requirements.
To heat chicken
Oven: To reheat remove from bag and roast in hot oven 220c for 25 min (allow to rest before serving)
To heat potato crush, carrots and jus
Stove: Immerse bags in boiling water and simmer for around 8 minutes or until heated through, stir and serve.
Microwave: Pierce bags and place in microwave on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir and serve.
