Pick Up Only:  Peter Ford Catering kitchen at 21 College Street, Wendouree on Christmas Eve the 24th December 2020 between 12pm and 3pm

Peter Ford Catering is offering a pre-prepared restaurant quality Christmas lunch or dinner to be enjoyed at home.

This is a great way to eat well and support a local business who in turn supports local suppliers and employs local people.

Turkey Ballotine, cherry relish

Pickled beetroot taco, Meredith goat cheese, toasted walnut

Entrée Seafood Platter

Peeled cooked prawns, fennel pollen aioli

Oysters and pearls

Smoked salmon red onion vinegar and spring onion oil

Mains (Banquet)

Adam Liaw’s Porchetta, spiced red cabbage, caramelized apple jus

Roasted Sher Wagyu rump, chimichurri, asparagus lemon and parmesan,

Hot smoked Atlantic salmon, beans, melted tomatoes and Ligurian olives preserved lemon aioli

Duck fat roasted potatoes & root vegetables

Desserts (choose one)

Traditional plum pudding, brandy crème anglaise, cinnamon ice cream

Strawberry vacherin- Crisp meringue layered with fresh strawberry and Meredith goat’s milk yoghurt ice cream, served with raspberry coulis and double cream
