Description of meal
- Waubra prime spring lamb shoulder slow-roasted in the confit style
- Spring Creek Organic beetroots, Mt Zero farro, Meredith Goat’s cheese and salsa verde
Meals are pre-made and cannot be adapted to suit personal requirements.
Stove: Immerse farro and beetroot bag in boiling water and simmer for around 8 minutes or until heated through, stir and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees and lamb shoulder pieces onto baking tray and heat for approximately
10-15 minutes until the lamb is crisp (if the lamb is not crispy, try turning the grill on for the last few
Microwave: Pierce bag and place in microwave on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir and serve.
