A. The Ocean Plunge Dinner – Friday 25th September- serves 2 people

Zoom in and join Peter Ford and skipper Stuart Dickson aboard ‘Patternmaker’ a beautiful wooden yacht and enjoy Victorian seafood. We’ll discuss the provenance with the eponymous Whites Fisheries, we’ll hear from Trentham Fields’ Chrissy Rawson-Harris and her marvellous story about saffron.

This dinner will be collection only, we will be in touch closer to the day.

Days: Tuesday to Friday
Areas: within 20 kms of Ballarat’s CBD, this includes, for example, areas such as Buninyong, Creswick and Cardigan.

Please order by 4pm for delivery by 6pm the next weekday.
Orders made after 4pm will be delivered by 6pm in 2 weekdays time.

Peter Ford Catering is offering pre-prepared restaurant quality meals packaged for two people to be heated in minutes and enjoyed at home.

This is a great way to eat well and support a local business who in turn supports local suppliers and employs local people.

East coast Australian Tuna Tataki

Course 2

Bouillabaisse -The real fish soup, featuring Whites Fisheries and Trentham Fields Saffron rouille

Course 3

Garfish rolled with Moreton Bay bug mousse, daikon cake, Spring Creek vegetables, ginger and soy dressing


A twist on Michel Roux’s famous  tarte au citron, roasted mandarins, blood orange sorbet
